Multiple ‘change management’ models are currently cited as models for achieving successful organisational change.

The most commonly cited models are Kotter’s (1995) ‘Eight Steps in Leading Change’, the ‘ADKAR’ model (Hiatt, J (2006)) and Lewin’s three-stage model with several additional models mirroring their main components (e.g. Virginia Satir Change model, William Bridge Transition Model).

Some of these are lauded where as others are criticised

Therefore Paul Taylor, in his latest White Paper, reviews the most popular models to see what help and lessons they can provide.
